I don't believe the Bolton story should count and I don't believe it's particularly close unless someone could link to some concrete evidence.
"Bolton said during a televised interview Sunday he "is prepared to get into the race" for president in 2024 to stop his former boss."
âI wouldnât run as a vanity candidate. If I didnât think I could run seriously then I wouldnât get in the race,â he told ITVâs Good Morning Britain. "I would get in to win the nomination and I would do it primarily on the basis that we need a much stronger foreign policy.â
All clearly hypothetical discussion in my opinion. In addition, as far as I can see, he has not filed with the FEC, which is not the way this market resolves, but would of course demonstrate that his intentions.

But he doesnât say it in the part of the interview they published, so I agree this isnât 100% yet. Like, why would he possibly announce in an exclusive to British breakfast television?
@1941159478 Yeah the report clearly isn't good enough on its own. I couldn't find the full interview, but do think we need him to say "I am running for president." Not something like "I would be interested or would like to run for president." I'm skeptical he actually said this clearly, but he will have plenty of other opportunities to file with the FEC or give other interviews where he is clear if it doesn't work out in this one.
