This market will resolve as YES if Iran and the United States enter into an agreement regarding Iranian nuclear proliferation between the start of the market and July 31, 2023. This can involve either the US rejoining the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) or the creation of a new agreement. An announcement from both sides that they have reached an official agreement will be sufficient to resolve this market YES.
