This market will resolve as YES if Russia and Ukraine agree to a ceasefire or peace deal in the current war by July 31, 2023. The ceasefire or peace agreement must be official and agreed to and public announced by the leaders of both sides. A localized ceasefire that meets the other conditions will resolve as YES. Unofficial ceasefires will not count. A ceasefire ends this market; it does not matter if the ceasefire or agreement is broken before July 31, 2023.
