@PPPP Unless the Jan6 indictment was already filed under seal, it's hard to see how it happens before Tuesday.
I feel like one would either need a lot more markets or none at all. If there is only one market left people play way to strategic (like in this one) instead of putting their true probabilities

Wow, this afternoon was a real roller coaster. For the last couple weeks, it was clear that it would basically come down to GDP and indictment. If I managed to win both, I would overtake Johnny, otherwise I'd be stuck in third place. Things were looking really good this morning, and then I got crushed at 11:58 when the market tanked. Fortunately, the last miracle I needed came through in the end.

@zubbybadger No, there's no way I could catch up with you. Realistically, the competition is already over for us. I just have to keep an eye on the markets to guard against the unlikely event that someone pulls another Josiah Neeley, but it would take something very surprising to change the top ranks.
Per the direct clarification in the comments, this is over and should be resolved now. See tweet below and many other news sources. It’s a public, superseding indictment that added new charges against Trump. I don’t see any ambiguity, but I’m open to hearing otherwise.

Well, there go my hopes of passing Johnny. For the last couple weeks, I was just one lucky break away from overtaking him, but now I need multiple miracles to occur again, which is not a good position to be in with only a couple weeks left in the contest.

@PPPP IMO, it shouldn't count, but going by the letter of the resolution criteria, it could go either way, so it would be really nice for @SalemMarkets to clarify.
